Creating A Visual Workbook

Develop an understanding of your own creative process and sources of inspiration! If you desire to express yourself with found images, drawings, photographs and words, this class will help you to map new areas of your own creative landscape. We will be touching on collage, printmaking, image transfer, uses of acrylic mediums and paints, stencils, and many other techniques. No experience is required. Please bring $25 cash to instructor for printmaking supplies and paints and pick up a class material list from the front desk upon registration.

Starting with simple exercises, explore basic techniques such as brushwork, mixing colour, working with water, arylic medium and extender to make washes, glazes and textures.
